Pastor Rich Giovannetti

Pastor Rich and his wife, Cathy, began pastoral ministry in September 1989 when they came to Morris, Illinois, pastoring what is known today as “Standing In The Word Ministries.” Rich Giovannetti was raised up under the leadership of Pastors Walter Pedersen and George Thomas and spent his internship under their ministry at the Homewood Full Gospel Church in Homewood, Illinois.

It is with single-mindedness that he calls America back to the heart of God and shares his knowledge and passion regarding the current issues happening locally and around the world. Ministry services held by Pastor Giovannetti overflow with powerful praise and worship, effective preaching and teaching from the life-changing Word of God and are accompanied with a strong prophetic anointing. He believes that every service should be a platform of expectancy as the Holy Spirit is allowed to move and demonstrate the power of God.

In his 11th year of television and radio, Pastor Rich is presently airing the program “Fresh Fire” Flames of Revival on TBN locally in the Chicago-land area and all of Northern Illinois. “Fresh Fire” is also on TBN-Africa all across the continent via satellite. His radio program “In God We Trust” airs on secular radio in the Will County area.

Pastor Rich continues to keep his eyes focused on the vision that lay ahead of him: Calling America Back to God and the Church to a place of Power!
